Hi, I'm Kate. I provide counseling to individuals and couples in the north Seattle area. My approach to therapy begins with relationship as I believe both harm and healing happen within the context of relationships. Perhaps you are tired of feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or depressed. Maybe you've experienced a significant loss that has shifted your roles and beliefs. You don't have to figure this out alone. My focus is to develop a trusting relationship with you and provide a safe environment where you can tell your story, feel accepted, and experience the wholeness and healing that comes out of that process.

I specialize in working with those impacted by anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, changes in roles and relationships, perinatal adjustments, and relational codependency. In our work together, we will focus on repairing past wounds and establishing new styles of relating both to yourself and others.
