Hi, I'm Kate. I provide counseling to individuals and couples in the north Seattle area. My approach to therapy begins with relationship as I believe both harm and healing happen within the context of relationships. Perhaps you are tired of feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or depressed. I specialize in working with those impacted by anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, changes in roles and relationships, perinatal adjustments, and relational codependency. In our work together, we will focus on repairing past wounds and establishing new styles of relating both to yourself and others.
