About
I am passionate about working with struggling couples, individuals troubled with anxiety or depression, and overwhelmed or stressed parents. You might feel like something in your life needs to change, but you don't where to start. As a counselor I provide a compassionate space for clients to focus on what they want and need. By collaborating with each individual or couple, I work with you to consider your needs and then empower you to create change that works for you. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so each session is crafted to meet the needs of that individual or couple. My approach includes elements of talk therapy, cognitive therapies, mindfulness, self-compassion, and trauma-informed care. Life is hard and we all need a little (or at times a lot of) support. Let's talk!
Our modern world can feel fast paced and impersonal. I see counseling as an opportunity for you to slow down, take a deep breath, and take the time to consider what it is you want or need AND how you can achieve balance and healing in your life. Let's get started! Call or book an appointment online today: https://santoscounseling.clientsecure.me/
