As a licensed social worker in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Florida, I am certified in integrative mental health and clinical trauma, trained in sex and couples therapy, and trained in EMDR for trauma treatment. I work from a strengths-based perspective and specialize in work with adults and couples.
Using a person-centered, individual approach, I believe in healing the whole person, and will engage in exploration of nutrition, body movement, and spirituality, if you so choose.
