If you are a teen or adult who is ready to dig deeper than coping skills and self-care, you are in the right place. If you want to learn why you feel the way you feel, think the way you think, and how to feel better able to manage life's stressors, this is the therapy practice for you. I also work with parents who want to gain a better understanding of their anxious and/or neurodiverse child or partner. With a strong background in trauma-informed care, I approach every client with this lens. I am trained in ERP, CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, yoga, and other evidence-based treatment modalities, though I do not believe that any of these are "one size fits all". I work within these frameworks to provide tailored care for each unique client.
I have spent most of my career in schools and in homes, providing therapy to students and their families in Baltimore City. I loved working through the unique challenges brought forth by each client and learned countless lessons about how trauma impacts the lives of every person I meet. I now use those lessons to provide telehealth therapy to clients.
