As a trauma focused therapist in Bellingham, Washington, I work with individuals struggling with emotional issues as a result of past trauma and early attachment wounds. I specialize in helping clients heal from complex trauma, childhood abuse and neglect, and recover from unhealthy relationships. My own experiences with trauma have profoundly shaped my approach to therapy. I understand firsthand the courage it takes to seek help and the challenges involved in the healing process. This personal insight drives my commitment to providing a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and inclusive space for all of my clients.
I work from trauma informed lens using components of IFS, attachment theory, and mindfulness techniques. I am also trained in EMDR and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. As an LGBTQ+ informed therapist and ally, I am committed to providing a nonjudgmental and affirming space for clients of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and expressions.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so I aim to develop effective treatment strategies that will help you transform your life in a meaningful way. My goal is to help you navigate your healing journey with empathy and understanding. Together, we will work towards achieving your personal goals and enhancing your well-being.
