Often, clients begin therapy because they feel scared, misunderstood, lost, confused, stuck, dissatisfied, unfulfilled, or disappointed. We use proven strategies and a strengths-based compassionate approach to develop more authentic relationships, clearer communications, generous but protective boundaries, and a genuine purpose.
My approach is strengths-based -- we look for what is working well, and we limit thoughts and habits that are no longer working. I have extensive experience helping with anxiety, problem-solving, and communication. I work with ages 12 and up.
I offer nonjudgmental listening, support for your dreams, reflection of who you really are, and creative solutions for breakthroughs and growth. My approach is eclectic and tailored to each client. I integrate mindfulness and somatic approaches, with behavioral approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT) along with attachment-focused, compassion-driven science.
