Married women in heterosexual relatinoships are a significant but invisible part of the lesbian population who are often disregarded when it comes to providing resources and support during this time of transition. This therapeutic support group has been designed to provide support and guidance so that these women do not have to exist in isolation but rather can begin to build their own supportive, rewarding and gratifying lives during this time of transition.

6 week course designed to help you learn how to move beyond thought and words into feelings and intuitive knowledge...even if you can't draw! Emotions repressed remain stored away in our bodies and cause physical symptoms, including depression, anxiety, even intense reactions towards our loved ones. Often, just the act of getting in touch with how something really feels inside your body -- rather than how you think it feels -- is enough to offer a sense of relief and bring about great changes in our lives and relationships. No previous therapy experience or artistic ability required!

3Keys Therapy Group for Deep Emotional Healing
This is an ongoing therapeutic group for those individuals who are interested in deep emotional healing therapy based upon the 3Keys to Self-Understanding therapy model. Many individuals are seeking recovery from disruptive or destructive patterns that limit them in their present day lives. They may not be able to afford individual therapy or prefer to heal in the group setting. Although 1:1 therapy is recommended to bring about the most expedient fundamental change, this group will provide an opportunity to begin the process of shifting unhealthy or destructive coping techniques and patterns in a group setting.
