Many of the people who find their way to my practice are thoughtful, self-aware individuals navigating the long-term impact of childhood trauma, emotional neglect, anxiety, or complex relationship patterns. On the outside, life may look functional—even successful—but internally something still feels unresolved. My work focuses on helping adults heal these deeper patterns using experiential and trauma-informed therapies, including Body-Centered Gestalt Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I also provide preparation and integration support for psychedelic-assisted therapy in MO and legally facilitated psilocybin work in OR & CO.

I help thoughtful, self-aware adults heal the lasting impact of childhood trauma, emotional neglect, and complex relationship patterns.
