About
I am a trauma informed therapist, intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, working with individuals and families across their lifespan. I offer a non-judgmental safe and warm space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. I see my role as providing support, validation and skills that empower you and align with your specific needs. I am here to learn all the ways you have resiliently coped and share my expertise to introduce a variety of ways to heal, adapt and unlock the tools you already possess!
I have 17 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families in a variety of private residential and public school settings. My time in these professional roles has provided me with an abundance of knowledge and experience helping individuals and families cope with challenging emotions and stressful life changes.
My personal experiences as a mother, combined with the knowledge I have gained over my career, provides me a unique perspective. I strongly believe in community and that youth benefit when the adults in their life are empowered, informed, and supported. I would be honored to be part of your healing journey!
