I specialize in work with adults, children and families. My primary focus is to help my clients feel better quickly. I work with individuals experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety, stress, mood dysregulation and trauma. I also provide focused services for individuals who have experienced domestic violence.
My approach is strengths-based, and grounded in holistic, humanistic theory. I utilize tools from multiple paradigms, like cognitive behavioral theory, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and trauma-focused healing.
