I help clients name and understand their pain so it no longer defines them. My approach is holistic and person-centered, integrating emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of the human experience. Drawing from my background in chaplaincy, yoga, and holistic healing, I support clients in reconnecting with their inner knowing as we move to real change.
