Change, even good change, is hard. Life events and transitions happen to all of us and sometimes we need help moving forward. Together, we will find your path toward healing and growth, based on your innate self-compassion, dignity and courage.
I have extensive experience helping adults in individual and group settings. Using evidence informed practices, cognitive behavioral therapy skills, and EMDR, my focus is on healing trauma, managing chronic disease, including anxiety and depression (Stanford University certified), and creating healthy routines, better sleep habits and improved self-worth.
While I use a mix of protocols, I find EMDR is most effective for a variety of people and the issues they experience. I do not provide adjunct EMDR and prefer to meet in person. For more information on EMDR please visit EMDRIA.org.
