About
Finding a therapist can be a daunting process and I believe it is important to feel at ease in order to do the work that therapy entails. I provide a comfortable, down to earth environment and demeanor that will allow you to develop insight, find more choices in your life, and build your self confidence. It is very important to me that you get the results you are looking for in therapy and that your experience is a positive one. I am sensitive, caring and dedicated to our work together.
My approach to psychotherapy is grounded in traditional talk or psychodynamic therapy along with mindfulness, attachment, somatic, humanistic, and expressive art based theories. I work holistically meaning that I consider the whole person: your heart, your mind, your body, your experience, and your environment.
Through 8 years of practice in NYC and LA, I have worked in various clinical settings and have helped people struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, new medical diagnoses, creative blockages, grief, and transitions. I welcome you to visit my website, or to call or email to set up a free initial consultation. I look forward to learning more!
