Whether you are experiencing addiction, starting to be concerned with your relationship with substances, are in long-term recovery, or supporting someone you love experiencing substance use, I am here to support you. Everyone’s relationship with substances and addiction is different, and therefore, recovery is just as unique.
Operating from a harm-reduction and client-centered approach, I want to work with you to identify your goal for recovery, define what it means to reach those goals, and support you on that journey. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space to support my clients.
I use an integrative approach that combines multiple orientations, such as DBT, ACT, and feminist perspectives, to address your specific needs. I have significant experience working with depression and anxiety disorders, as well as compassionately exploring substance use.
I've been where you are, and I know reaching out to a new therapist can be intimidating and exhausting. To help you assess if I'm a good fit for you, I offer a 15 min phone call and I will answer the questions you need.
