Hello, My name is Kate Pozo, and I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in trauma. I focus mainly on working with older teenagers and adults with trauma backgrounds.
I am passionate about what I do, and I have a versatile toolkit to help you, including parts work, EMDR, somatic (body) work and more.
What I have learned through my professional and personal experiences is that even when it feels as if the world is angry dark place and there is no way out, there is always a part of you that holds hope, and it is worth trying.
