I am a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania. I provide individual and relationship counseling through both in person and video sessions. My intention is to provide a warm and accepting atmosphere that allows the people I engage to explore solutions to challenges they face. My experience has taught me to respect the strengths of my clients. I believe in implementing a collaborative process. I have experience as a guidance counselor, psychology instructor and a board member of the Philadelphia Center for EFT. I recently completed EMDR training.
I have completed advanced training in EFT couples therapy, a scientifically supported therapy that helps people get to the heart of their problems and create lasting positive changes in their relationships and in their lives. This approach teaches couples and families resolve conflicts and turn to each other for support.
I use Wecounsel, a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform to conduct distance sessions. This allows clients from anywhere in Pennsylvania, even couples, to have access to treatment, using any laptop, tablet or phone that can use internet. Wecounsel offers excellent customer support. Your insurance may cover telementalhealth services.
