At Simply Known, we support individuals struggling with eating disorders, perinatal mental health and postpartum disorders, infertility support, and trauma, at all stages, and times of transition, stress and crisis. In therapy, we will integrate various evidenced-based practices and trauma informed interventions.
My approach to therapy is relaxed, collaborative in nature, validating, solution-focused, and warm.
