I am Psychotherapist & Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) with over a decade of experience in mental health. I offer services to teens, children, young adults, frontline workers, judicial system impacted, or adults and men's mental health. I believe connecting with your therapist is imperative to finding strength, empowerment, self expression without judgment, and safety within the healing process. My work is informed by both my art practice, my creative identity and my extensive work experience building connections within diverse ecosystems
I have worked in various acute mental health settings including Bellevue Hospital’s pediatric psychiatric inpatient, juvenile detention center for teenagers and young adults, community and educational settings, Through groups and individual sessions I empower and validate the participants through challenging and traumatic life experiences.
I take an integrative approach, utilizing both the creative process and/or talk therapy in a flexible, client-centered way.
