Healing cannot occur in isolation and as your therapist I will support and guide you on your path. I am a Holistic Psychotherapist in private practice for over 25 years. I was classically trained in psychoanalytic psychotherapy but my style has evolved over the years to be more humanistic and includes various treatment modalities including Somatic Experiencing, IFS and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I specialize in working with adults who have survived childhood trauma including sexual abuse, physical abuse and developmental trauma. My practice also focuses on Somatic Couples Therapy and Medicine Integration.
I believe therapy is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and develop a deeper understanding of what you are experiencing—both emotionally and physically. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful healing involves the whole person: mind, body, and nervous system.
My goal is to create a supportive space where you can feel understood, develop greater self-awareness, and move toward feeling more grounded and at ease.
