I work with teens and adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. Many are navigating anxiety, self-esteem, body image, relationships, or major life changes. In a safe, nonjudgmental space, we explore emotions, patterns, and past experiences, build on strengths, and develop tools to feel more confident, capable, and aligned with who they are. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I walk alongside each client as they grow and move forward.
I provide individual and family therapy to adults and adolescents 12+. My approach is client-centered, grounded in the belief that each person is the expert of their own life. I utilize evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness practices, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
My goal is to empower clients to build resilience, foster self-awareness, and develop coping strategies that can facilitate healing and growth. I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. If this sounds like something you would like, reach out. There is weekend and evening availability.
