I am only accepting clients for weekday morning or early afternoon appointments. I have no after school or evening availability at this time. My goal is to assist clients in their management of life’s stressors and challenges. I assist clients in developing coping strategies and problem-solving skills. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a multifaceted approach to treatment. I work with children, adolescents, and adults.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a private counseling practice. I have 15 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and 25 years of experience working with children, families, adults, and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities and Learning Disabilities. Coaching services also available.

I strive to maintain a non-judgmental and attentive approach in order to quickly understand key concerns of my clients. This allows for effective and concise goal setting and treatment.
