I'm your biggest cheerleader, but also strive to give you helpful direction, and tangible skills tailored to your specific needs. I validate what you're feeling, but am also ready to call you out when helpful. I believe the ultimate goal of therapy is to help you build a life worth living, whatever that means to you!
My work is trauma-focused, and I draw primarily from attachment and psychodynamic lenses. I’m also a fan of mindfulness and self-compassion frameworks because of the gentleness of these approaches.
