In therapy with me, you'll identify specific goals, develop deeper insight and self-awareness into your emotions, thoughts, and behavior patterns, improve your ability to regulate your emotions, and learn practical skills to improve your emotional well-being, build confidence, and cultivate a sense of mastery over your mental health.
