About
Is pregnancy or motherhood not what you expected? Does the transition into motherhood feel too overwhelming? Are you recovering from a traumatic birth experience or grieving the loss of your pregnancy? Do you have thoughts that leave you feeling anxious or depressed? You're not alone, and you CAN work through this. My name is Kate and I'm so glad you found me. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a mom of two, certified in Perinatal & Maternal Mental Health. I specialize in therapy for prenatal and postpartum support, birth trauma, pregnancy loss, PMADs (Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders), and general maternal wellness.
I'm committed to helping you navigate life in the throes of motherhood by providing compassionate and effective care rooted in evidenced-based practices such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). All services are provided via telehealth for FL residents only.
I work to support the mother during every experience – pregnancy, loss, labor and delivery, the postpartum period, and beyond. Whether you're a first-time mom or a fourth-time mom, an infertility warrior or grieving mother, I am here for you. You have what it takes, mama, but you don't have to do it alone.
