Mending Minds, Healing Hearts, LLC works with children, adolescents, young adults to older adults. We work with individuals, couples, families, groups and provide support to schools, hospitals and other providers. Our services are offered to people of all cultures, gender identification, race, religion and spiritual beliefs.
Our staff has years of experience including work in addictions and recovery, trauma therapy with children and adults, ADHD and other developmental issues. We work with couples and families experiencing loss and conflict. We utilize cognitive behavior therapies, trauma therapy, grief counseling, EMDR and more.
The space at Mending Minds is very zen both inside and outside. The office was converted from a 1920's home to a very special place. People express that they feel a wonderful sense of peace and serenity here. We also provide adjunct, alternative treatments such as Reiki and meditation and movement therapy.
