Hi, I'm Kate (she/her)! I'm ADHD, lesbian, and a domestic violence survivor. So naturally, my therapy specialties are working with LGBTQIA+ people, neurodivergent people, and people who have experienced toxic relationships. :) I have extensively studied these topics, and stay up to date on current research; and I teach other therapists, speak at conferences, and write books on these topics. If you're in any of these categories, I think we could do great work together. I'm also experienced in working with academic and career counseling, small businesses, ADHD and executive functioning coaching, writing, and publishing
I'm certified as an ADHD-CCSP, have extensive domestic violence training, and have taken tons of LGBTQ+ and trans-affirming trainings because I genuinely love learning about the people I work with. I also offer virtual ADHD and Autism Assessments! If you're not sure whether therapy or an assessment is the right first step, we can figure that out together.
