I offer individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, meaning that I recognize that each individual is unique and you are the expert of your own lived experience. I strive to create a safe space where you feel accepted and valued for who you are. We work together to help you move towards your goals and become more of the person you want to be. For children who may be struggling with big feelings and behaviors, becoming withdrawn, or experiencing a transition, I create a space for them to explore and make sense of their experiences, and to try on new ways of being.

As a counselor, I’m honored to build relationships in which I walk alongside individuals through some of life’s darkest moments. I value authenticity, openness, and connection, and see the therapeutic space as an opportunity to build deeply healing relationships.

I primarily use Person-Centered Therapy in my work with clients. This means our work will focus a lot on establishing a safe and trusting relationship in order for you to be able to access your innate potential for growth and change. I also like to sprinkle in tools and practices informed by Polyvagal Theory, CBT, expressive arts, sandtray therapy, and others based on your individual needs.
