My practice is sex-positive, trauma-informed, and affirming of nontraditional relationships, LGBTQ+ clients, and sex worker communities. I specialize in relationship issues, non-monogamy, kink, sexuality, and trauma, and I offer a warm, engaged, nonjudgmental space where clients can heal old wounds, strengthen self-trust, and create more honest, connected, and fulfilling lives and relationships. I help adults and couples who feel stuck in painful relationship patterns, trauma, shame, or disconnection from themselves. I also help clients reconnect with their creativity, sexuality, spirituality, and most authentic selves.

My work goes beyond traditional talk therapy. Depending on your needs, I may integrate EMDR, somatic therapy, Internal Parts Work, mindfulness, guided visualization, and, when appropriate, ketamine-assisted therapy to help you heal and create lasting change.

I work with individuals, couples, and people in monogamous, open, or nontraditional relationships, including those who are questioning or curious. I help clients deepen intimacy, strengthen communication, repair trust, and make more aligned choices.
