Counseling is a collaborative experience of exploring thoughts, feelings, & behaviors in a nonjudgmental manner. I work with individuals (3+) and parents on concerns including child behavioral concerns, parenting skills, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and ASD I base my practice on creating a safe & trusting environment for individuals & families to holistically move towards a place of growth & lasting healing by combining Christian principles, cognitive-behavioral skills, & psycho-education in assisting client's to reach their unique goals. My work strives to bring individuals to a place of healing & personal growth.
I am licensed in both North and South Carolina to better accommodate need for both in-person and tele-mental health services. I have specialized training as a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) to best serve children through the healing therapeutic powers of play. I am additionally trained in EMDR for trauma processing.
