Counseling is a collaborative journey where we explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. I work with children (3+), teens, and adults who may be navigating challenges such as behavioral issues, parenting struggles, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder. My approach centers on creating a safe, trusting environment that fosters growth and healing. By integrating person-centered principles, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and psychoeducation, I partner with clients to help them move toward their unique goals and a greater sense of wholeness.
Licensed in both NC & SC, I offer in-person and telehealth services. As a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), Certified Autism Specialist (CAS), and EMDR-trained clinician, I help clients heal through a caring, person-centered approach that blends CBT skills with warmth, compassion, and respect for each unique journey.
