My practice specializes in psychotherapy and EMDR for adults experiencing anxiety, symptoms from trauma, perinatal and postpartum depression and anxiety. I have a particular focus on trauma, its symptoms and getting to the root cause of the trauma through EMDR. EMDR is an evidenced based treatment that helps you reprocess traumatic memories and feelings. Another area of focus is maternal mental health, addressing issues related to pregnancy, the postpartum period, pregnancy loss, infertility, and the various stresses and burnouts associated with motherhood.

I am EMDR trained and use ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) for the framework of our sessions. When you feel dysregulated or out of control, it can feel impossible to ground yourself. And there is a way through. The good news is that positive change is possible, and you can start feeling like yourself again.
