I specialize in providing support for adults dealing with a range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, burnout, stress, anger, grief, addiction, trauma, relationship and parenting concerns. I have a particular focus on maternal mental health, addressing issues related to pregnancy, the postpartum period, pregnancy loss, infertility, and the various stresses and burnouts associated with motherhood. Another area of focus is drug and alcohol addiction. I enjoy helping you find the underlying root of addiction and will help you move towards the life you want to be living.
In our sessions, I prioritize creating a safe space where you can be heard, understood, and supported in working towards your goals. My objective is to help you be the best version of yourself. The good news is that positive change is possible, and you can start feeling like yourself again. Everyone deserves a chance to focus on their own well-being.
