About
I value working with individuals from many different backgrounds, including folx from queer and trans communities, POC, and both college students and working adults. I’m a strong advocate for gender affirming health care. A significant focus of my work involves helping my clients to deepen their understanding of themselves and their relationships.
In our meetings, I pay attention to intersecting identities and social and family environments to help us both understand your challenging experiences. With a nonjudgmental spirit, I help my clients develop awareness of their emotions and effective ways of responding to them. We’ll work together to define what progress in therapy looks like for you.
It can be very helpful to have another human accompany us through important life transitions and challenges, and my goal is to accompany you with compassion and productive collaboration so you can make decisions that align with your values.
