About
**NO CURRENT OPENINGS FOR NEW CLIENTS** Everyone needs support and a listening ear from time to time and I commend you for seeking that out! Together, we will explore and identify coping skills and resources you can draw upon to navigate any challenge you come across. I provide a non judgmental space for you to safely share your story. We will develop a plan based on those personal strengths and experiences in order to help you become your best self. In our sessions I strive to foster self empowerment and understanding while utilizing various therapy techniques such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.
Whether you're struggling with substance use, low self esteem, facing difficult life transitions, or suffering from depression and anxiety; I will support you. I have experience utilizing CBT, mindfulness, and other strategies to help you build positive coping skills. My goal is to be your sounding board and aid in your pursuit of a healthier life and self.
Please reach via email initially and include your insurance and scheduling availability. From there we can arrange a brief phone consultation. My openings are M-TH morning's and afternoon appointments only (8am-2pm). I look forward to hearing from you!
