There are many reasons why people seek therapy and finding the right therapist can be a frustrating process. I am an integrative and relational therapist who holds space to address concerns around needs, identity, sexuality, gender, and desire. I also offer support with general psychotherapy concerns related to depression, anxiety, trauma, dating, relationships, and life transitions and offer coaching around dating, kink, and CNM. Together we will explore how to develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationship with others and I will offer tools as well as my feedback for living a more fulfilling and pleasurable life.

While sexual issues are commonly experienced, they frequently go unspoken in therapy due to shame and discomfort. I am LGBTQIA2+, CNM/Poly, SW, Kink/BDSM affirming and provide support, education, and skill building techniques to those who want assistance making a desired change or are seeking deeper meaning and satisfaction in their lives and relationships.

Collaborating with individuals, couples, and multi-partnered relationships, I strive to provide a nonjudgmental, anti-racist/anti-oppressive, intersectional and creative environment that is accepting of each unique individual.
