Accepting new clients now! Joy is an act of resistance during trying times- let's find your joy! I specialize in working with women and LGBTQIA+ folks who are experiencing concerns such as anxiety, OCD, depression, grief, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, and any other daily struggles that impact us. I strive to provide a warm, affirming environment where clients can explore their identities, experiences, and challenges while feeling respected, supported, and understood. I focus on providing evidenced based treatment to assist you in feeling more like the person you want to be.
In person clients- this is the lovely office I borrow from another clinician at Prism!
My approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) particularly for anxiety and OCD.
My style is warm, collaborative, and supportive. I focus on both exploring patterns and emotions while also helping clients build practical tools they can use in their daily lives. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, empowered, and supported as they work toward meaningful change. Please reach out for a consult!
