As a therapist with Everyday Parenting Psychology, I work with adults confronting anxiety, depression, adjustment, trauma, and relationship struggles. I have a passion for perinatal mental health including fertility journeys, birth trauma, and postpartum struggles, and love working with parents to explore and discover the ways that raising children can deepen our understanding of our own patterns and inner history.

I am a Level I trained IFS practitioner and use an approach rooted in psychodynamic therapy accessed through IFS and Somatic Experiencing. Our work will focus on your strengths, and also gently offer you the opportunity to explore more vulnerable spaces, building capacity and trust in your internal system to feel empowered to weather whatever might come.
