Whether it is your first or twenty-first time starting a therapy journey, the process can be challenging! I take a person-centered, collaborative approach to therapy. By guiding with empathy, kindness, and just the right amount of humor, I hope to create a safe and supportive space to develop your goals and live your most fulfilling life.
I am a master's level counseling intern under supervision of Jessica Van Berkum. Outside of the therapy space, I enjoy jogging, writing plays, and playing TTRPGs with friends.
I am a queer therapist and have a special interest in supporting the LGBTQ+ community. Other areas I am interested in are big life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. I see individuals 6 years and up.
