I work with individuals and couples and specialize in relationship issues, anxiety, and life transitions. Additionally, I am a trained EMDR therapist. I’m continuously honored to hear my clients' stories and amazed by their courage to change. With compassion, I utilize evidence based therapeutic interventions to help you work towards your goals.
