Are you ready to live authentically and compassionately on your own side? Through Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mindfulness-based therapy, I offer a supportive space to explore the parts of you that feel in conflict. Together, we'll help those parts soften so you can feel more grounded and at peace with yourself. If you've tried therapy before but still feel stuck in old patterns, I get it. My work goes beyond talk therapy to help you build an embodied, healing relationship with even the hard-to-love parts of yourself. True well-being is possible, and I would love to help you find greater ease and authenticity in your life.
As a Tibetan Buddhist practitioner, I hold a deep respect for each person’s innate wisdom and capacity to heal. I believe transformation happens not by “fixing” yourself, but by learning to relate to yourself in a new way—with greater compassion and understanding.
