Everyone deserves a safe space where they are allowed to unpack and unwind in order to seek their truest self. I strive to hold that space where there is room for laughter, swearing, tears, and whatever else you may bring with you. My goal is to build an honest and genuine therapeutic relationship as we move through this process together.
I specialize in trauma and anxiety in general and more specifically in trauma and anxiety related to medical issues, religious issues, and queer issues. I love working with the neurodivergent population as well as chatting with people who are just figuring out what comes next in life. All are welcome in my office.
