Life is not always smooth sailing & it is my goal to help those struggling to successfully navigate through the challenges life has presented. For true healing & growth, I believe all areas of the self need to be healthy. I don't adhere to one treatment modality, but rather work with individuals to address their specific needs. I strive to provide validation to feelings while working towards a solution. My role is to provide support & guidance, enabling you to process through thoughts & feelings while moving towards the peace you're seeking.
I believe we need to accept & meet "life on life's terms." My job is to help clients do this by developing healthy coping skills & identifying/building the strengths we have. To help you be your best self, I am a National Certified Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, & working to be a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider.
I have a passion for working with people & a natural ability for connecting. Additionally, I know the importance of a safe environment where a client of any age can process without judgment.
