Are you unsure why you feel anxious or annoyed in relationships? Do you want to feel more secure, confident, and closer to others? You’re not alone, and I can help you to understand how your past could be playing a role in your relationships with yourself and others. I can help shed light on the parts of yourself that developed to protect you, and assist in finding new ways of connecting with yourself and others. Our bodies are amazing in how they try to protect us from hurt, but sometimes those old patterns are no longer serving us.
I can help you understand all parts of yourself, even the parts you don't yet love. Through a trauma-informed lens, I can provide insight into how your earlier life experiences are still showing up. I primarily use a psychodynamic approach, with EMDR and inner-child work as needed.
You are capable of healing and living a fulfilled life, you just need a safe space and insight to be able to grow. I would be honored to be that safe space for you to explore who you are, what has shaped you, and what you want out of life.
