About
Life is challenging. Whether you are dealing with a new problem or feel like something has been off for a while, I aim to provide a warm and authentic space for you to share your story. Let's explore your struggles and enhance your inner strengths. Together, we can figure out ways to help you live a more fulfilling life and move in the direction that you want to go.
I specialize in working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and medical issues (including chronic pain, cancer diagnosis and treatment, cardiac issues, and chronic illnesses). I am a member of the queer community and provide gender and sexuality affirming therapy.
I practice integrative psychotherapy, which means I combine a variety of therapeutic techniques specifically for you and your unique situation. Some styles I draw from include person-centered, cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, mindfulness, and relational approaches. I look forward to meeting you and hearing your story!
