Announcement icon During this time of social distancing, I am offering both telehealth and in-person options (with all health precautions).
Do you ever feel like it takes every ounce of strength you have just to make it through the day? Maybe you are a young adult trying to hold it all together but are feeling overwhelmed with all of the life choices you are being faced with. Maybe you are a mom and are struggling with all of the "shoulds", expectations and emotional ups and downs. Or maybe you are a woman struggling with grief, relationships, intimacy, or recovering from a traumatic event. If you are tired of feeling like you are merely surviving, you don't have to do it alone. I work with women to heal, find freedom in the present, and discover their voice.
I specialize in complex trauma recovery (including sexual, birth, and attachment trauma, traumatic loss etc.) maternal mental health/new mom support, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, women's issues, motherhood, life transitions, relationship issues, intimacy, singleness, and faith-based considerations. I enjoy working with women of all ages 18+.
My hope is that everyone who comes into my office (or meets over telehealth) is met with warmth and freedom to let-go of what has been burdening them without fear of judgment. I consider my room a sacred and safe place where truly anything can be said and then explored in a way that is honoring, promotes healing and true, lasting change.
