I specialize in working with children, teens, college age, adults, and couples. I have utilized CBT, DBT, SFBT, completed Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and will complete EMDR by September. No matter the modality, my approach to counseling is strengths-based and person-centered, and that is what our time together will reflect.
