In our work together, we slow the chaos down. We untangle what’s happening in your mind & body so you can understand the "why" & learn tools to gently reshape the negative patterns you are stuck in. We look at what drains you, what overwhelms you, & what you’ve been carrying alone for too long. I primarily use EMDR, Gottman Couples Method, DBT, CBT, and ACT.
