Hello, I am Kate! I love helping younger children ages 0-10. I also see teens along with adults. I specialize in helping clients who are struggling with past trauma, anxiety, codependency, depression and perfectionism.
I have extensive training in Play Therapy and Sand-Tray Therapy. I enjoy using these expressive strength-based interventions to help guide clients to discover their authentic True Self and creating Post-Traumatic Growth (PTG). I have also integrated Positive Psychology with Art Therapy, which then becomes "Positive Art Therapy".
