I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker in the state of Massachusetts and completed a Master’s of Social Work (MSW) at the University of West Florida. I enjoy working with individual clients and couples from diverse backgrounds and spiritual traditions, and have experience working with those who have co-occurring disorders.
My area of focus includes chronic illness/pain, ADHD, anxiety, depression, complex-trauma, ED, shame, guilt, and grief. Treatment modalities that I utilize in practice include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, Art Therapy, Gottman Method, Grief Counseling, Trauma-Focused CBT, strength building, and DBT.
