About
Do you have current or past traumas that are impacting your growth? Are your thoughts being consumed by worry or shame? Did you recently go through a transition and feel a bit lost? Reaching out for help during a time of hardship can be difficult, I see your strength! I believe that each individual brings their own experiences and is the expert of their own life, it is my honor to have the opportunity to explore those experiences with you and navigate a journey of healing. Together, we can create a safe space that allows you to explore, cultivate, and embrace your highest self.
Along with empathy, acceptance, and humor, I practice from a Holistic Viewpoint while utilizing Trauma-Informed Practices and Individual Psychology. My specialties include helping Adolescents and Adults navigate Eating Disorders, Trauma, Life Transitions, Anxiety, and other life stressors.
If you are looking for a non-judgmental and supportive space for healing and growth, I would be honored to navigate this journey with you! Please email, call, or go to our website to schedule an appointment. I look forward to working with you!
