I enjoy working with a wide, diverse population of clients especially trauma survivors, pregnant and postpartum people, as well as the LGBTQ+ community My approach is both compassionate and practical—I use evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to empower you with real strategies that lead to lasting change.
My approach to therapy and clients is that of grace, understanding, and sprinkled with humor. I am direct but kind and offer an atmosphere that allows your self-understanding to flourish.
