Hi, I’m Kate! I primarily work with women in their 20's and 30's to help develop self esteem and higher satisfaction in their relationship with themselves and the world around them. I am passionate about helping clients connect to their intuition and navigate life transitions. Anxiety, depression, body image issues, and relationship issues are common points of exploration. We will work together to better understand where you come from and why you show up in the world the way you do. We will uncover patterns and develop healthy communication skills.
I have a warm and holistic approach that blends a variety of therapeutic modalities. I assist clients in implementing Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) principles into their every day life and relationships. Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), spirituality, philosophy, body regulation, and breath work are incorporated throughout.
Really connecting with your therapist is one of the biggest indicators of success. I am someone who loves personal growth and exploration, yoga, travel, cooking, reading, and hiking with my dog Sadie. I look forward to connecting if you believe we might be a good fit!
